3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Verified Trips is an auditing and informational tool, not a travel agency, insurance provider, or security firm. While we strive for absolute precision, global travel is inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee that your travel will be free from delays, acts of God, geopolitical disruptions, or logistical failures.
By using this Service, you agree that VerifiedTrips.com and its operators shall not be held legally or financially liable for any missed flights, physical harm, financial loss, or inconveniences experienced during your trip. Our audits are professional second opinions, not binding guarantees.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
Access to the full Professional Itinerary Verification requires a one-time payment of $19.00 USD.
Refund Policy: Because our Service immediately consumes significant server-side computational resources to generate your custom audit in real-time, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds once a Verified Trust Certificate has been generated and unlocked. If you experience a technical failure preventing delivery of the report, please contact support for immediate resolution.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload malicious software, illicit content, or documents that do not belong to you or for which you do not have permission to audit. Abuse of our infrastructure will result in an immediate IP ban.
